• Refunds cannot be made for individual weeks missed, and

• Where a session is to be held at your own venue, it is your
responsibility to ensure the venue is suitable for the poles

class etiquette
All Levels
• If you are paying weekly, and have not done so in advance
online, please settle up at the beginning of the class.
• Please do not attend class without the means to pay and
then ask for a credit.
• Recording of the class is forbidden on the grounds of privacy
and copyright. You may film yourself and friends, but not other class members (without permission)
the instructor teaching or performing.
• Instructors with other schools or currently in training
are asked to make themselves known in advance out of courtesy
(please note that regular courses and classes are not suitable
as 'Instructor Training', private sessions can be organised
separately)
Levels 3, 4, 5
• Please note at this level it is no longer a 'Group class'
but a mixture of different abilities and pole experience.
• Although the class format may appear more 'freestyle' than
the Level 1 and 2 structured 6 week courses, there is a very
specific path of progression through the pole moves and techniques,
and variations / modifications of these will be taught to
people individually according their experience
/ skills / strength. A move demo-ed on a pole to one person
should not be attempted by everyone else as a group.
For this reason, and on safety, insurance and qualifications
grounds:
• Class members should not attempt to instruct others, or
suggest moves they might like to try
• Class members should not ask others for instructions
Safety is an absolute priority in our pole classes and anyone
persistently disregarding the 2 points above will lose their
place in the class.
Thank you for observing this small number of points which
allows classes to run smoothly and safely for everyone :-)
Please also read all the info in the FAQs
section, thank you.
