We've devised the following Code of Conduct to ensure quality and safety

• We only use professional-grade, industry recognized pole equipment

• Poles are maintained and cleaned regularly

• We allow maximum 2 students per pole (less for more advanced levels). This is less than the industry-recommended 3 people per pole. We also operate a deliberately small maximum class size

• Poles are a safe minimum distance from each other. We would prefer to run a smaller class, than an overcrowded and unsafe class

• We provide free classroom sundries, eg grips, wipes, towels, mats, printed materials

• Our prices are fair, competitive and not exploitative

• For your convenience, our classes run consistently through the year, except over Christmas. Cancellations are the exception not the norm. We will honour your class even if only you are present!

• On the exceptionally rare occasion we must cancel a class, you'll be given the immediate option of transferring to a future date, or getting a refund

• We have no obligation whatsoever to give you a catch up class if you cannot make your lesson, but if there is space / flexibility in the current Block, we will try.

• Out of courtesy to students, we will never take phone calls in class (except occasions where a student is lost, needs directions etc)

• We aim to answer your emails / texts / enquiries in a timely way and providing the information you need

• We have a policy of continually reviewing and evolving our pole course content and formats, and instruction, and welcome constructive criticism and feedback

• Instructors have 1st Aid training, are insured by Equity, are qualified in Anatomy & Physiology and hold a licence to play music in public

• Classes are held in locations which have been Risk Assessed by us, and which are clean and private from the general public.

• We never pass on your private details, we do not even add them to our own mail list - which you need to opt into voluntarily.

• We use internationally recognised and secure Paypal payments as the base for our online booking system
