Level 1 6-week course
(Beginners)
A structured course introducing the basics of pole dancing,
including spins, tricks, transitions, floorwork, and most
importantly - combining it all in a flowing routine. No previous

Level 2 6-week course (Improvers)
A structured course building on Level 1, adding similar but
more challenging material, including spins, tricks, climbs,
transitions, floorwork, pole conditioning/training and creating
a more demanding pole dance routine. |
Level 3/4/5 Mixed Classes (Intermediate-Advanced)
This smaller mixed-level class allows everyone to work at
their own pace, whether you are inverting for the first time,
or combining a number of advanced moves up the pole with a
wealth of practice under your belt. Includes pole conditioning/training
work. Available weekly or as block of 6. |
Taster Classes
Sign up to the first lesson of the course (or Week 2 or 3)
if you're curious about what pole dancing is all about and
whether it's for you. These lessons teach a brand new mini-routine
each week, so everyone will equally be starting from scratch.
If we're more than halfway through the current course, it's
best to wait until the beginning of the next block :-) |
Refresher Classes
Sign up to any or all of the final 3 weeks of the course
if you'd like the opportunity to polish and perfect your moves
from an earlier Level. (It's quite common to go back to a
few L2 classes while taking the Advanced Levels, for example).
