Level 4 (Advanced) Workshops, £15.00 For anyone wishing to push their pole skills further, this hourly workshop introduces challenging poses and manouevres done inverted up the pole. The moves at this level should be viewed as 'works in progress'! This is a very small class of 1 or 2 people maximum per pole, and is tailored to the abilities / requirements of each person. You must be able to perform an Inverted Crucifix, a hands free Cross Leg Release and a Pole Climb to attend. |
