FREE DELIVERY to UK mainland
Shipping to Republic of Ireland: £10.00 (this will be invoiced
separately on receipt of your order).
Items in stock are despatched up to 2 days after receipt of
an order. They may require a signature on receipt. If the shoes
are not in stock, you'll be advised of the approx delivery date
and given the option to cancel with full refund or wait for
your order
Refunds
Available ONLY if the product is damaged, faulty or not the
item ordered. Or out of stock with a long wait time time (see
above). Regrettably refunds will not be provided for any other
reason.
Returns
If the product is damaged, faulty or not the item ordered,
please get in touch as soon as possible within a day
of receipt to arrange a return. The item must be received by
us within 7 days.
Exchanges
If a different size is required, the shoes must be returned
as soon as possible in perfect condition and in their original
packaging. We do not cover the postal cost of returning the
shoes, and you are responsible for the item until it is received.
Please contact me for the Returns address as soon as possible.
An additional shipping charge of £5.00 (UK Mainland) and £14.85
(Republic of Ireland) applies to send a replacement pair
