Level 2 IMPROVERS 6-Week Course

Spins, Combos, Climbs, Descents, Floorwork, Signature Pole Dance Steps, Conditioning
  • Warm Up
  • Learn section of L2 Course Routines
  • Pole Conditioning: strength & techniques for Inverting; and general strength/flexy
  • Learn new tricks, practice & perfect old ones
  • Cool Down
  • Progressively leads to Level 2 Routines
  • Course may be repeated often as required
  • Entry Reqs: Chair Spin and Pole Stand
  • Class size: 8 max (2 per pole)

Level 3 INTRO TO INVERTS 6-Week Course

Inverts, Aerial Poses / Tricks, Spins, Dance, Conditioning
  • Warm Up
  • Mini Dance Routines / Pole Flow
  • Pole Conditioning: strength & techniques for L4-5 tricks; and general strength/flexy
  • Learn new tricks, practice & perfect old ones
  • Cool Down
  • Progressively leads to Inverted or Aerial combinations
  • Course may be repeated often as required
  • Entry Reqs: good core / upper body, ask for advice
  • Class size: 4 max (a pole each)

Level 4a, 4b, 4c, INTERMEDIATE 6-Week Block

Inverts, Aerial Poses / Tricks, Spins, Dance, Conditioning
  • Warm Up
  • Mini Dance Routines / Pole Flow
  • Pole Conditioning: strength & techniques for L4-5 tricks; and general strength/flexy
  • Learn new tricks, practice & perfect old ones
  • Cool Down
  • Progressively leads to Inverted or Aerial combinations
  • Blocks may be repeated often as required
  • Entry Reqs:
    L4A: Confident hands-free Crucifix and Straight-Leg Hold
    L4B: Confident hands-free Angel, Gemini, XLR, good Side-V, able to Basic Invert both sides
    L4C: Confident Caterpillar, Butterfly (all grips), V Invert, Side Climb, Gemini both sides.
  • Class size: 4 max (a pole each)


NEW! Casual Classes Reserve List

If you cannot commit to a Course, or just wish to do a 'Refresher' every now and then, and are able to attend at reasonably short notice, sign up for our new Casual Classes Reserve List. We will contact with details of any one-off places or workshop-classes each week. You will still need to pay online in advance of turning up to guarantee your spot, as such spaces will be limited.

Join a week of any of the Levels (subject to space) and learn that week's moves or come armed with some of your own (at the appropriate Level).

Choreographed Pole Dance Routine Classes

Learn an easy to follow pole dance routine to a complete song in one lesson. Here's our last one:


Pole Dancer Body Workout (Coming Soon)

A slinky fast-paced pole-movements-inspired workout to music, designed to strengthen/tone the core, the upper body, thighs, legs and bum.

Terms / Booking Policy

Classes at Levels 3 onwards are SMALL, for students' benefit. Please observe the rules and regs around refunds, etc, to help allow them to be kept small, thank you!!
