About the Level 1 6-week pole dancing course

Essential Info

  • Designed for complete, utter Beginners; no experience required. ALL ages, shapes, sizes welcome.
  • Teaches Spins, Tricks, Floorwork, Poses and pole dance Signature Steps, ie, you will actually learn how to pole dance. Check out an example Level 1 video.
  • Structured and progressive. Week 1 is easiest; by Week 6 you'll be polishing our Course routine and trying out some Level 2.
  • Fully supported with free handouts re technique, moves learnt, video clips

Flirty 30's and Naughty 40's (6 weeks)All ages are welcome on our main Level 1 Beginners, however this special course is run according to the demand, for people preferring to learn with others in similar age group. Please contact Elaine to add your name to our Waiting List.

What to Wear

Typical wear is shorts and a vest or T-shirt. If you don't fancy shorts, jogging bottoms which can be rolled up are also fine to start with. Footwear - heels, flats, bare feet ... your choice!

How to Enrol

  • Check you can make all dates / times (1 hour a week, 6 consecutive weeks, same day & time) ..
  • .. and are OK with our Terms
  • Enrol using our secure online Booking System
  • IMPORTANT Watch out for our Booking Confirmation email with essential info such as the secure entry code for the Studio, detailed directions, confirmation of the dates and times of the Course/Class you have just booked, etc.

Any reason I can't sign up?

Pole dancing is not suitable during pregnancy, or post-natal up to 12 weeks, or with these conditions: recent injuries to joints (especially shoulder, wrists, knees, elbows), untreated high blood pressure. 18+ only
