Level 4 & 5 Lessons
Description
Welcome to the Levels 4 & 5 Advanced stage. These classes
allow individuals to gradually extend their advanced level
tricks repertoire, strength and work on combining gravity-defying
feats up the pole in combinations and transitions.
More about our level 4 & 5 classes
There's no time limit to Levels 4 & 5. Many of the tricks
are achieved over a long period which involves initial training
/ conditioning, familiarisation, MUCH practice, and then polishing
/ extending to its ultimate shape / expression.
At
this Level, classes are EVEN SMALLER! (1-2 per pole max) and
rather than a group lesson, the focus is more individual
Each
class starts with a quick and easy mini-dance-routine to keep
spins from ealier Levels fresh, and to continue warming up.
The
main part of the lesson is workshop-style, working on tricks
individually as advised by the Instructor
Most
of the moves at this Level are 'works in progress'. They will
be broken down into 'stages', please do expect them to take
longer to achieve.
SAFETY
IS AN ABSOLUTE PRIORITY at Poleminx - you won't be allowed
to attempt upside down moves without pole mats, a spotter,
familiarisation from the floor first, and a thorough breakdown
of technique!
See pics above for just a very small sample of the Level
4 and 5 (Advanced) pole dance tricks involved at this stage.
